Nathan Beard Ventures (“NBV”) operates http://www.nathanbeardventures.co.uk (the “Site”) which is hosted by WordPress. This informs the policy towards personal information received from users of the site or through other communications eg email, mail, telephone. By using the website or communicating with NBV in other ways, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personally identifiable information may include, your name and email address (“Personal Information”). Further information is collected if you choose to purchase tickets for an NBV Wild Ventures Event.

NBV may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, invitations, marketing or promotional materials and other information. This information is not shared with third parties except for MailChimp, and with regard to ticket purchases Eventbrite. NBV has two bases for processing your data:
Consent: If you signed up after 24th May 2018, NBV will process your data on the basis of your consent. If you signed up for emails from NBV before 25th May 2018, NBV may also continue to email you.
Legitimate interest: If you signed up after May 25th 2018, NBV may continue to contact you occasionally by email or phone if we have a legitimate interest to do so e.g. if you have purchased a ticket and/or attended an NBV Wild Ventures Event we may send you information on future events.

Like many sites, NBV uses “cookies” to collect information through the use of WordPress, MailChimp and Eventbrite.
